Found this recipe in an old church cook book been making my German Potato Salad this way ever since. So bring on the brats and kraut and a glass of beer and I am ready.

Ingredients
- 8 medium cooked potatoes (i use russets)
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and diced
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons vinigar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 cups water
How To Make easy german potato salad

Step 1Brown bacon and onion .

Step 2In same pan add flour, sugar, vinegar, and water.

Step 3Add cooked and diced potatoes

Step 4salt and pepper to taste. If mixture seems thick add alittle more water.
