My Shih Tzu Gizmo has a slight addiction to peanut butter and bacon; but then again, who doesn't? I decided to try and make him some cookies one day, and this is the result- PUPPY CRACK! We never used the word "cookie" with him until I made these, so when you say that word- he goes ballistic and runs for the fridge! Hope your pooch loves them like mine does! Truly addicting to them like a drug! My kids have been know to snag one or two cookies too! :)

  • - the posibilities are endless!!! make that fur baby his favorite treat and watch him go crazy for that puppy crack!

How To Make puppy crack

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350.
  • Step 2
Add water until it resembles a thick dough, just thick enough to stick together- not thin like people cookie dough!
  • Step 3
Press out to about 1/3" depending on how thick you want the cookies; they do not rise.
  • Step 4
Use your favorite cookie cutter!! I used a heart shaped cutter and still ended up cutting each heart into quarters since I have a small dog.
  • Step 5
Bake for about 45 minutes to an hour. Take out of oven and cut before they cool to reduce crumbs.
  • Step 6
Feed that fur baby some puppy crack and watch the begging begin!
  • Step 7
Store in the fridge for maximum freshness since you used real bacon!
