I mentioned making homemade dog biscuits to my mother in law, Sandy. I also mentioned I couldn't find my recipe, and she gave this one to me. Make sure to use low sodium ingredients!

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon instant beef bouillon
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cups wheat flour
- 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 1/4 ounces bacon flavor pieces
- 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 1 - egg

Step 1Oven to 300 degrees. Combine bouillon and water in a bowl and stir to dissolve. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well. Us a lightly floured rolling pin and flat surface, roll dough to 1/8" thickness. Use cookie cutters to cut out dog biscuits. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake 30-35 min until dog biscuits are firm. Cool completely on a wire rack.
