  Dissolve yeast in chicken broth. The richer the broth the better. Let mixture set 10 min. Stir in remaining (combined 1st), roll dough 1/4" thick. Cut with dog biscuit cookie cutters. Brush with egg wash. Bake on greased cookie sheets 45 min at 300 degrees. Turn off oven and leave overnight to finish hardening.

  NOTE: I made a double batch, and omitted the egg wash. I used low sodium chicken stock from GFS (it had the lowest sodium content). Make sure to use lowest sodium or no MSG because it isn't good for dogs.
