How To Make bonnie's homemade peanut butter dog treats
-
Step 1This recipe just takes a few minutes to prepare. Mix all the ingredients together in the order given. It will be similar to a pancake batter. Pour the batter into a parchment paper lined sheet pan and spread the batter evenly. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until light brown and center is done. Remove from the oven and cut into serving squares. Cool completely before bagging.

Step 2Storing the dog treats. I store the dog treats in sandwich bags in a large Ziploc bag in the freezer. Add a large sheet of paper towel to the top of the bag. it will absorb any moisture that accumulates. That way, I can take out a small package, one at a time and the batch remains fresh for Phoebe. Feel free to experiment with other ingredients. Your dog will love you for it!
