1/2 cup water
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon tea tree oil

How To Make tea tree facial toner

Step 1

Mix the cream of tartar and water first, in their own bowl.

Step 2

Then add everything else.
Step 3

Pour into a lidded container and shake well. Remember to shake it also before each use. Apply it with a cotton ball.
