Step 1

Place fragrant rose petals in a large jar that you have first sterilized. Mix three parts which hazel extract with one part distilled water and pour over the petals so that the liquid covers and clears the petals by 2 to 3". Seal and leave in a warm, dark place for three weeks. Strain and pour into a clean bottle for use. Source: Unknown
