This is one of my favorite all-natural gentle exfoliates. It is good for all skin types but especially gentle if you have sensitive skin like I do. It is packed with good for your skin vitamin A and C.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon canned or fresh pumpkin
- 3 tablespoons buttermilk *
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon finely ground almonds
How To Make pumpkin face-scrub

Step 1Mix together all of the ingredients in a small bowl.

Step 2With fingertips, massage into clean face. Leave on for 5 minutes; rinse well with warm water; pat dry face and finish with moisturizer.

Step 3Can be applied either in the morning or evening but I love using it in the morning.

Step 4* If you have oily skin you can swap out the buttermilk with plain yogurt for more effective results.
