This is one of my favorite all-natural gentle exfoliates. It is good for all skin types but especially gentle if you have sensitive skin like I do. It is packed with good for your skin vitamin A and C.

1 Tbspcanned or fresh pumpkin
3 Tbspbuttermilk *
1 tspfinely ground almonds
How to Make Pumpkin Face-Scrub
- Mix together all of the ingredients in a small bowl.
- With fingertips, massage into clean face. Leave on for 5 minutes; rinse well with warm water; pat dry face and finish with moisturizer.
- Can be applied either in the morning or evening but I love using it in the morning.
- * If you have oily skin you can swap out the buttermilk with plain yogurt for more effective results.
