This is one of my favorite all-natural gentle exfoliates. It is good for all skin types but especially gentle if you have sensitive skin like I do. It is packed with good for your skin vitamin A and C.

  • 1 Tbsp
    canned or fresh pumpkin
  • 3 Tbsp
    buttermilk *
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    finely ground almonds

How to Make Pumpkin Face-Scrub


  1. Mix together all of the ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. With fingertips, massage into clean face. Leave on for 5 minutes; rinse well with warm water; pat dry face and finish with moisturizer.
  3. Can be applied either in the morning or evening but I love using it in the morning.
  4. * If you have oily skin you can swap out the buttermilk with plain yogurt for more effective results.
