This is one of my favorite all-natural gentle exfoliates. It is good for all skin types but especially gentle if you have sensitive skin like I do. It is packed with good for your skin vitamin A and C.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon canned or fresh pumpkin
  • 3 tablespoons buttermilk *
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon finely ground almonds

How To Make pumpkin face-scrub

  • Step 1
    Mix together all of the ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Step 2
    With fingertips, massage into clean face. Leave on for 5 minutes; rinse well with warm water; pat dry face and finish with moisturizer.
  • Step 3
    Can be applied either in the morning or evening but I love using it in the morning.
  • Step 4
    * If you have oily skin you can swap out the buttermilk with plain yogurt for more effective results.
