Ingredients

  • 3 cups distilled water
  • 1/4 cup vodka (as a preserver)
  • 10-12 tablespoons grated orange peal
  • 1 teaspoon orange essential oil

How To Make orange water for your bath or as cologne

  • Step 1
Other Idems you will need Mason jar Strainer Funnel Decorative bottles or perfume bottle food coloring if desired
  • Step 2
Combine the vodka and distilled water in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Add the orange e.o and orange peel and stir well. Cap and put the mixture aside for about 4 weeks. After the "waiting time", strain out the orange peel and then funnel into your decorative jars. I usually add more orange peel slivers at this stage as a decorative addition. With this much vodka it will keep 6 months or so with the peel, a year without. You can add a few drops of food coloring at this time if you wish. Label. You can use this as an additive to your bath or as a cologne.
