How To Make let your fingers do the talking

Step 1

Paint the entire nail the flat color with 2 coats and allow to dry.

Step 2

Get cotton very wet with alcohol, rub the top of nail bed with alcohol quickly.
Step 3

Press newspaper onto damp nail bed and peel back. Words should leave an impressio .
Step 4

Set with top coat.
