Step 2CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE SCRUB Place pecans in a food processor and blend until fine. Mix all ingredients until a lumpy paste forms. Place in a recloseable jar. In the shower, massage gently over damp skin with circular motions. Rinse and pat dry. Keeps 4 weeks. BENEFITS: Softens skin; pecans contain oleic acid, a deeply hydrating moisturizer. Cocoa powder contains flavonois that are skin firming and increase the skin's elastin and collagen production.

Step 5SAGE HAIR RINSE Bring the water to boil; remove from stove top. Drop in sage, cover and steep for 15 minutes. Strain the water into a small mist bottle and pour in the vinegar. After shampooing, mist the rinse through you hair and on your scalp, relax for 10 minutes, then rinse. Yield 1 application.
