Ingredients
- 2 cups epsom salts
- 1 cup baking soda
- 4-6 - chammomile tea bags
- 4-6 - mint tea bags
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil or olive oil
How To Make aches and pains bath soak

Step 1Run a very warm/hot bath(as warm as you can stand), adding all ingredients. Soak at least 30 min.
