How to Make A Few Psoriasis recipes

Step-by-Step

  1. Psoriasis bath

    10 drops Tea Tree Oil
    1 cup sea salt
    4 drops evening primrose oil.

Remedy: Add evening of primrose, Tea Tree Oil and sea salt to bath water To hot bath water and soak 20 minutes
  2. Safflower Psoriasis and Dry Skin Ointment

This smooth, velvety ointment is specifically formulated to treat psoriasis, but is healing to dry, chapped skin as well. Calendula flowers impart a deep golden tint to the pale yellow colored safflower oil along with extra antibacterial and healing properties. Turmeric is especially valued in Ayurvedic skin care.

2/3 cup Calendula infused safflower oil
    3 tablespoons emulsifying wax
    75 drops turmeric oil
    5 drops peppermint essential oil

Make the base oil by infusing dried calendula flowers in safflower oil for 2 weeks.
Heat the oil and wax together in a double boiler, or heatproof Pyrex measuring cup in a water bath, until the wax is completely melted.
    Pour into clean glass jar
Add turmeric oil while still warm, but not set.
Add 5 drops of peppermint essential oil if wanted for pain
Cap and store. Its ready to use.
  3. Moisturizer

20 drops of Tea Tree Oil
    1 ounce of grapeseed oil
10 drops of primrose or Jojoba Oil.

Mix well and apply as needed
  4. Bee Balm has also shown some merit as an antiseptic and antibacterial. a clean cloth can be soaked in a bee balm tea and used as a compress can help clear the sores.
