1 Tbsp Sugar

2 1/4 tsp Fast Acting or “Instant” Yeast ((see note))

1/3 cup/78ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus more for topping

2 sprigs Fresh Rosemary, roughly chopped

Flaked Sea Salt (I like Maldon Salt), for topping
