INGREDIENTS

Double crust pie
•
2 cups all purpose flour (I use unbleached for everything)
•
1/2 cup butter, cubed and left in fridge until needed
•
1/2 cup butter flavored Crisco, cubed and left in fridge until needed
•
1 tsp. Kosher salt
•
1 Tbs. sugar
•
1-3 - 1/2 cup ice cold water (I always measure the water then add the ice cubes) On some days it might even take more than a 1/2 cup. I tend to just use a measuring cup and add the water as needed
