1 10-oz pkg frozen chopped spinach (thawed, drained)
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (divided)
1 egg
2 teaspoons fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
2 28-ounce jars marinara sauce
1 1/2 cups water
1 8-oz pkg manicotti
