1 C confectioner's sugar

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
•
3 C homemade whipped topping (you could also use an 8 oz container of frozen whipped topping, thawed)
•
1 C strawberries, washed, patted dry, and quartered
•
1 tbsp fresh lemon zest
