1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract ((optional))

1/4 cup (3/4oz/21g) shredded coconut
1/3 cup (1 1/2oz/43g) raisins, chopped
1/3 cup (1 1/2oz/43g) almonds, toasted and chopped
