Here is the original recipe to make just a single 9inch cheesecake (not pictured):

Ingredients:

9inch graham cracker crust
•
8oz cream cheese, softened
•
14oz sweetened condensed milk
•
teaspoon vanilla
•
Fresh fruit or pie filling of your choice for topping
•
Directions: Beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into pie crust. Chill at least 3 hours. Top with fresh fruit or pie filling.
