1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
11 tablespoons (156g) unsalted butter (room temperature)
3/4 cup (168g) buttermilk (room temperature)
3 large eggs (room temperature)
1 egg yolk (room temperature)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
powdered sugar (for dusting)
