1 tbsp blackened seasoning
1 cup buttermilk or whole milk
2 eggs
2 tsp Frank's Red Hot sauce
8-10 cups peanut oil ((for frying))
1 cup peanut oil
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp dark brown sugar
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
white bread and sliced pickles (for serving)
