INGREDIENTS
½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
6 tablespoons Dutch-processed cocoa powder
¼ cup sugar
1 egg
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
¾ cup chopped walnuts (or almonds or pecansMiddle Layer:)
½ cup milk
1 cup heavy cream
4 tablespoons cornstarch
¾ cups sugar
⅛ teaspoon salt
3 eggs
1 egg yolk
2 teaspoons vanilla extractChocolate Layer:
1½ cups 9 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
6 tablespoons unsalted butter (cut into small cubes)
