INGREDIENTS
5 large or 6 medium Russet or Gold potatoes, thinly sliced
1 pound ground sirloin or ground beef
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup butter
4 cups milk
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
salt & pepper to taste
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese, or your cheese of choice
