1 red bell pepper, roughly chopped

1 jalapenos, seeded and minced

3 cloves of garlic, minced
•
1 large white onion, minced

4 tsp cumin powder
•
4 tsp oregano
•
1/2 tsp cayenne (less for less heat)
•
3 TBSP paprika (hot or sweet, not smoked)
•
1 tsp onion powder
•
1 tsp garlic powder
•
fresh black pepper

salt, to taste
