INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 large onion, chopped
2 cups (about 8 ounces) mushrooms, chopped*
2 tablespoons white whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried sage
1 1/2 cups skim milk
* Use baby bella or white button mushrooms.
