Mushroom Rarebit

"As I understand it, rarebit is a fancy name for dip sauce. It does sound nice, doesn’t it? I remember the first time I got some, though, I was a tad disappointed. I was in England, visiting the country, and the sound of it was so exotic. Then they brought some toasts and a big bowl of sauce and I was like: dude, what’s this? Once I had a taste, however, my disappointment banished. It was the most delicious thing I ever had the pleasure of savoring. Since then, I’ve been making many rarebit dishes of my own with this Mushroom Rarebit being my flavor champion to date...."
