2 ounces dry pasta ((3/4 cup uncooked pasta - I used campanelle pasta))
Kosher salt
1 tablespoon salted butter
¼ cup chopped onions
1 clove garlic (, minced)
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 ounces sliced mushrooms ((1 cup), cleaned (see notes))
¼ teaspoon dried rosemary
⅛ teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
½ tablespoon tomato paste
2 tablespoons dry red wine
¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
