Mountain View Linda's Parisian Burger Sauce
"From Mountain View CA's much loved burger joint which closed up in the mid 80's. This is for the sauce only. Typically, the buns are oval shaped sourdough - grilled, 2 hamburger patties (I use only one), slice of cheddar along with this sauce - warmed. These burgers were always served with tater tots. I love serving this sauce with the fried tater tots too...."
