2 lbs chicken thighs, (bone-in or boneless,skinless)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, (halved)
15 ounce can of chickpeas, (rinsed and drained)
1/3 cup golden raisins
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon ground curry
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
