1 onion (diced)
•
2 cups shredded red cabbage
•
2 cups shredded carrots
•
8 oz sliced mushrooms
•
3 green onions (sliced)

1/2 cup Hoisin sauce
•
2 Tbsps soy sauce
•
1 Tbsp garlic paste
