1 pound ground breakfast sausage (I used Jimmy Dean)
1 Tbsp minced dried onion
1 green bell pepper, cored and diced
12 ounces frozen hashbrowns 
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
½ cup milk
1 cup Bisquick
4 large eggs
¾ tsp kosher salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
⅓ cup bacon crumbles
