INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 Grilled Rib Eye Steaks (Left overs cooked Medium Rare)

2 Table Spoons Canola oil
•
3-4 Cloves Garlic (Fresh)
•
1 Inch Fresh Ginger (a must for this dish in my opinion)
•
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
•
1/2 Cup Water
•
3/4 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
•
1/4 Cup Corn Starch & Water to make about a third cup slurry to add to the sauce
•
3 Green Onion chopped about an inch long (I use both green and white part because we like it like that)
•
Snow Peas (I used about 1 cup)
•
Steamed Rice (I use my rice cooker and Jasmine Rice)
