1/2 can bamboo shoots, sliced
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 large yellow onion, sliced thin
2 tablsepoons grated ginger
3 cloves garlic, minced
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon olive oil
Sriracha, to taste
2 thinly sliced green onions
2 tablespoons minced cilantro
