INGREDIENTS
1 to 2 tablespoons oil (vegetable oil)
2 teaspoons fresh minced ginger
2 tablespoons minced fresh garlic
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup water (or chicken broth)
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
Vegetable oil (two cups)
2 pounds beef flank (should be partially frozen for easier slicing)
1/2 cup cornstarch
3 large green onions
