INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 pounds of Crabmeat. Mix of Lump and Handpicked
1 Carrot grated
1 Medium Onion diced fine
1 Medium Bell Pepper diced fine
1 Celery Stalk diced fine
1 stick of salted sweet cream butter (for sauteeing veggies and for toasting buns)
1 or 2 eggs
1 Cup Progresso Breadcrumbs
Seasoning to taste - I like Tony Chachere's and Black Pepper
1 Cup High Heat Cooking Oil - We used Sunflower oil.
Spicy Mayo -
1 to 3 TBSP of Mayo (NOT Miracle Whip)
1 or 2 squirts of Sriracha Chilli Sauce (HEB has this)
1 or 2 tspn ketchup
A dash or2 of Maggi or Worcestershire sauce
Hamburger Buns - HEB has in-store made buns that ROCK!
Lettuce/Tomato
