INGREDIENTS

16 oz medium macaroni, cooked al dente in 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 teaspoon salt and drained

1 medium jar chopped pimentos drained
•
1 whole small green pepper diced
•
4 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
•
10-12 slices thin sliced deli boiled ham
•
1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
•
1 1/2 cups shredded or cubed Velvetta cheese
•
Salt and pepper to taste
•
3/4 sticks butter softened or cubed
•
1 cup half & half
