1 1/2 cup of all purpose flour + 1 tablespoon
•
1 tsp of baking powder
•
1/3 cup of milk
•
1 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries
•
Frosting
•
3/4 cup of cream cheese
•
2 tbls of butter, at room temperature
•
2 tsp of fresh lemon zest
•
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
•
a dash of salt
•
2 1/2 cups of icing sugar
