⅓ cup boiling water
•
3 eggs (room temperature)

1 ¾ cup granulated sugar
•
1 cup all purpose flour
•
1 tablespoon cocoa powder to "flour" baking pan (1 to 2 tbsp)

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
•
⅔ cup heavy whipping cream
