1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
4 tsp cider vinegar
1 pkg (7 g) gelatin
2 tbsp water
2/3 cup milk
4 egg yolks
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 pinch salt
4 oz bittersweet chocolate , melted
2 oz milk chocolate , melted
1/4 cup coffee liqueur , (or 2 tsp decaffeinated coffee granules dissolved in 1/4 cup hot water)
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups whipping cream
4 oz bittersweet chocolate , chopped
1/2 cup whipping cream
2 oz bittersweet chocolate , chopped
2 oz white chocolate , chopped
2 oz bittersweet chocolate , squares
