2 - 8oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
•
2 cups of heavy whipping cream
•
4 cups powdered sugar
•
1/3 cup orange juice
•
zest of 2 oranges
•
Orange Glaze Topping *Optional - This cake is delicious without the glaze as well.
•
1 cup fresh orange juice (from 1 or 2 fresh oranges)
•
zest from 1 orange
•
4 tablespoons sugar
•
1/2 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch (more or less depending on the thickness of the glaze sauce)
•
1 tablespoon butter
