The whey protein I use is microfiltrated neutral whey protein, which doesn't contain lactose and makes shakes wonderfully fluffy. But of course you can use every kind of protein powder you like. As a sweetener I use brown rice syrup but will suggest honey. Use whatever sweetener you like best in what amount you desire...."
