Ingredients: 1/2 cup extra-virgin coconut oil; 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil; 3 tbsp. beeswax pastilles; 1/2 tsp. vitamin E (I use 2 of the 1000 I.U. softgels); 1/2 tsp arrowroot powder or cornstarch (to cut greasiness); 30 drops Breathe essential oil (this is a respiratory blend made by doTERRA); 30 drops eucalyptus essential oil (I use doTERRA); 20 drops peppermint essential oil (again, doTERRA); 20 drops rosemary essential oil (yep, doTERRA)
