1 cup milk
•
1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup simmering water
•
1/2 cup baking chocolate, roughly chopped

Icing
•
2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
•
1 cup vegetable shortening
•
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
2 teaspoons peppermint extract
•
4 1/2 cups Dixie Crystals Confectioners Powdered Sugar
•
1 to 2 tablespoons milk
•
Green icing or food coloring

*Spoon & Sweep method: Use a spoon to fill measuring cup with flour until required amount is obtained. Scooping measuring cup directly into flour bag will firmly pack flour resulting in too much flour required for recipe.
