- 2 small jars (or 1 large) pimiento peppers
•
- Duke’s mayo (I tried the lite version for the first time – it’s really good!)
•
- Sriracha aka “rooster sauce” to taste
•
- Salt and pepper to taste
•
- Ground red pepper to taste
