1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 tablespoons (1/4 cup) unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/3 cup honey
2 large eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 1/3 cups Valrhona Dark Chocolate or other good quality dark chocolate
2 large egg whites
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/3 cup water
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
