Ingredients: 1 egg; 3/4 cups milk; 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (I also like using Colby Jack); 1/2 cup quick oats; 1 tsp. salt; 1 lb. ground beef (you could also use ground turkey); For sauce:; 2/3 cups ketchup; 1/4 cups packed brown sugar; 1-1/2 tsp. mustard
