Ingredients: These savory meat pies are perfect for any gathering. It’s fun to bake them on a lollipop stick (readily available at craft stores), but they are equally adorable on their own. There will be plenty of meat mixture left over--why not serve it as let; Yield: one dozen; 1 pound of lean ground beef; 1 onion, diced; 2 cloves of garlic, finely minced; 1 teaspoon salt; 1/2 teaspoon pepper; 1 teaspoon ground cumin; 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon; 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves; 1 cup canned, diced tomatoes with peppers; 1/3 cup raisins; 1 package of ready-made pie crust (found in the refrigerated or freezer section); 1 large egg; 12 lollipop sticks (found at craft stores)
