½ Sweet Onion (chopped)
1 stalk Celery (chopped)
1 Clove Garlic (Minced)
1 Tablespoon SeasonAll (seasoning blend)
½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon dried Thyme
¼ Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
12 ounces Peas and Carrots (frozen)
4 cups cooked shredded chicken (we used a rotisserie chicken)
Salt and Pepper to taste
4 store-bought pie crusts
1 Egg (beaten)
