1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup grated carrots
1/4 cup pecans (, chopped)
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
4 tablespoons butter (, softened)
4 ounces cream cheese (, softened)
8 ounces powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-3 teaspoons cream ((if desired to achieve a thinner consistency for the bundt cake))
