1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon white whole-wheat flour or all-purpose flour
1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
2 tablespoons white whole-wheat flour or all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
2 tablespoons canola oil
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
12 small wedges Cheddar cheese (about 3 ounces)
